No, you don’t need to download anything to use Pay The staff. You will be given all the documents and reports you need on a monthly basis or on request.
We’ll provide you a file to upload on Internet Banking.
We can provide you with the payslips to distribute else your employees can receive an email with the payslip or given access to the software to view copies of their payslips, FS3 and leave.
Your employees will be given and username and password and they can apply for leave through the system. Once an employee applies for leave, you receive an email request to approve leave. On approval of leave, this is deducted from the leave entitlement automatically.
We do. Pay the staff becomes your representative for the IRD which means we handle ALL your monthly submissions and year-end reporting. You will only have to pay one amount a month.
